Step One: School attempts to resolve truancy issues.
Step Two: At 7 days, email all letters and attendance reports to Katie Theesfeld. She will off Truancy Diversion to the family and keep in contact with the school for updates.
Step Three: If family cooperates and the student's attendance improves, truancy is dropped. If truancy continues, send information including the failed diversion efforts to Kelly Mitchel. He will investigate and issue a truancy ticket which sends the student to court for a CHIPS.
