Step One: School contacts family at 3 or 5 days of truancy to attempt to resolve truancy issues.
Step Two: At seven days of truancy, school should contact Randy by email.
Note: Schools cannot file on students who will turn 18 before the school year ends. Also - the school is welcome to attend court, but as long as they are available by telephone, physical attendance may not be required.
Educational neglect requires a bit more involved information. Contact Randy for students under 12.

- There is no diversion; student goes directly to court.
