Step One: Schools need to complete the School Support Plan (see below) prior to contacting Scott County. The Truancy Brochure (see below) must be given at the SSP. If student and family refuses to meet with the school, fill out the first page of support plan and documentation of attempts to meet with the student. See the Cheat Sheet below for further details.
Step Two: If truancy continues, the school completes a Truancy Offense Report (see below).
