Step One: School should attempt to resolve the truancy issues in accordance with state statutes.
Step Two: Schools can refer students who have accrued seven or more truant days to Peter by phone, fax, or email. Peter will attempt to do diversion with them.
Step Three: Schools file truancy petition (see below).
